You'll move through 12 zones from feet to crown. For each zone: observe what's present, rate the activation level, and receive a release instruction. You're not doing anything to change what you find — only bringing attention to it. Observation alone changes the signal.

Find a comfortable position. You can do this sitting or lying down. The scan takes about 8 minutes.

Bring your attention to the soles of your feet. The weight pressing down. Any contact with the floor. Notice the temperature, the pressure, any tingling or numbness. Let the toes soften.
Release instruction
Press your feet gently into the ground — enough to feel the resistance — then release. Let the muscles in the sole go completely. Breathe out slowly.
