Six postural zones. Each one maps a holding pattern to its nervous system state, what it sits next to, and its fascial chain.
Posture is not aesthetic. It is the nervous system's current read of environmental safety — written into the body's structure and held there until the signal changes.
Each postural zone reflects a specific autonomic orientation: which direction the system is bracing toward, what it's preparing for, what it's protecting. The patterns are not character judgments. They are precise recordings of activation that hasn't yet discharged.
This audit maps six zones. For each, you'll observe what's present — without adjusting it. Then you'll receive the mechanism behind the pattern and immediate release guidance.
Alien X
None of this is posture in the sense of standing up straight. It is the shape you were in before you thought about it — the one that returns the moment your attention goes elsewhere.
At each zone I will tell you what I have observed of this pattern in the people I have watched. Some of it will describe you and some of it will not. Both are useful, and neither is a score.
