Sleep Onset
Protocol

Systematic nervous system shutdown. Eight minutes. Progressively removes every arousal signal — cognitive, physiological, somatic — until the system is ready to sleep.
Alien X observes

"Sleep is not a switch humans can flip. Alien X observed this early — what humans call 'trying to sleep' is a contradiction the nervous system cannot process. The arousal system does not respond to commands. It responds to context. Remove the inputs that signal wakefulness. Provide the inputs that signal safety. The system does the rest — without effort, without trying."

Ready to begin
Lie down. When you press begin, give each phase your complete attention. Do not try to fall asleep — the sleep onset is a side effect of doing the protocol correctly.
Cognitive defrag — release unfinished thoughts without solving them

Protocol complete
Your nervous system has been systematically brought to its lowest arousal state. If you haven't already, close your eyes and remain still. Sleep onset typically follows within minutes.
