Access & Delivery
Your access link is sent automatically to the email you entered at checkout within a few minutes of purchase. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived. The link includes your access token — click it to enter the module. If it's been more than 30 minutes with no email, contact us at hello@somatyx.com with your order details.
Access tokens are long-lived (one year) but can occasionally need to be re-issued if your browser data was cleared. Email us at hello@somatyx.com from your purchase email address and we'll resend your access link immediately. There is no charge for this.
Yes. Your access link contains a token that can be used across any device or browser. Simply use the same link on each device. Your access is tied to the token, not a login account, so keep the email we sent you for reference.
Your delivery email includes a single access token that grants entry to all five modules. Each module link is listed in the email. If you only see one link, click it — the token embedded in the URL automatically grants access to all modules in the bundle.
System Analysis
The System Analysis is a personalised written report based on patterns you identify in yourself through the intake form. It covers five systems: Breath, Nervous System, Emotional Loop, Identity Architecture, and Body. Alien X (the analytical voice of SOMATYX) maps what's active in each system and identifies the dominant pattern running your current experience. It's observation and education — not clinical assessment.
After you submit the intake form, your analysis is delivered within 7 business days. You'll receive it via email at the address you submitted. If you have additional context to share after submitting, reply to your intake confirmation email — it routes directly to where the analysis is being prepared.
The intake form link is sent automatically in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't see it, check spam or promotions folders. You can also go directly to somatyx.com/system-analysis-intake and submit your intake from there. Contact us at hello@somatyx.com if you have any trouble.

No. SOMATYX products are educational. They explore how systems in the body and nervous system operate using research-backed frameworks. Nothing here is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you're experiencing a health or mental health condition, please work with a qualified professional.
Each module is designed to stand alone and can be read independently. That said, the Living Systems bundle is sequenced intentionally — Module 01 (Breath) establishes the physiological foundation that subsequent modules build on. For first-time users we recommend the sequence, but it isn't required.
Alien X is the analytical voice of SOMATYX — an observer without emotional investment or cultural bias. Alien X reads systems the way a diagnostic instrument reads data: precisely, without judgement or prescription. The character exists to present what is true about the human system without the noise of what "should" be true.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Due to the immediate digital delivery of access, refunds on module products are not available once an access link has been issued. For the System Analysis, a refund is available within 48 hours of purchase if analysis work has not yet begun.
