Payment processing: All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Somatyx does not store your payment card information.
Module access: Upon purchase, your access link is delivered to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes. Your access link contains a token that provides entry to your purchased content across any device.
Refund policy — Modules: We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not yet accessed the content via your access link. Once your access link has been used to enter the module, refunds are not available due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
Refund policy — System Analysis: A full refund is available before your personalised analysis has been prepared and returned to you. Analysis is delivered within 7 business days of intake submission. Once the analysis has been delivered to your email, refunds are not available. If you wish to cancel after purchase but before delivery, contact us at somatyx.com/contact promptly.
Refund policy — Community Membership: No refunds are issued on community membership after a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented access to purchased content, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
All content on the Somatyx website and within any Somatyx product — including text, frameworks, tool designs, module content, the Alien X character, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Somatyx and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any Somatyx content without explicit written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for your own reference is permitted.
